Time waits for no man and with how slow we have become to the movement of the world, it's only a matter of time before we run out to time.

The following are the three main time management techniques that I share with my clients that are working hard to categorized their daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks.
“Either you run your day or your day runs you.” (Jim Rohn)
1. Eisenhower’s Matrix
Eisenhower Matrix is a method of prioritizing your tasks on the basis of their urgency. It helps to determine the activities which are important and the ones which do not deserve your attention at all.
2. Eat the Frog
The frog is that one thing you have on your to-do list that you have absolutely no motivation to do and that you’re most likely to procrastinate on. Eating the frog means to just do it, otherwise the frog will eat you meaning that you’ll end up procrastinating it the whole day.
3. Time Blocking
Time blocking is the practice of planning out every moment of your day in advance and dedicating specific time “blocks” for certain tasks and responsibilities.
When you fill your calendar with the tasks and things you want to do, it’s harder for others to steal your time.
The simple reason why time blocking works is that it’s designed for focus.
I've created a more in depth workbook that can assist you with establishing a clear focus so you have have more time to do the things you love. Snag the Plan It to Conquer It Workbook and get ahead of your time.
